摘要
通过对党的十八大报告的解读,阐述了生态文明建设的突出地位。从林业生态体系、产业体系和文化体系等方面概述了湖南生态文明建设取得的初步成效,并提出了促进湖南林业发展以加快生态文明建设的对策措施。
Through reading the report to the Eighteenth National Congress of our Party, the prominent position of ecological civilization construction was illustrated. The preliminary achievements of ecological civilization construction in Hunan were described from the as- pects of forestry ecological system, forestry industrial system and ecological culture system. And the measures of Hunan forestry devel- opment to promote the ecological civilization construction were put forward.
