广西退化生态公益林恢复对策探讨

Discussion on restoration measures of degraded ecological forests in Guangxi Autonomous Region

广西位于祖国西南边陲,由于受特殊的地形地势和气候条件的影响,生态环境十分脆弱。该地区的生态公益林生境恶劣,在人为强度干扰下很容易造成生态系统的退化。通过对广西生态公益林资源概况、生态公益林的退化过程和特点分析,提出了扩大现存生态公益林地面积;采取封山育林;通过林分改造;采用效应带、效应岛造林方法;运用透光抚育等恢复措施。其中封山育林是最易行、有效的方法。同时根据广西区实际情况,对广西生态公益林的建设和保护提出了对策和建议。

Guangxi Autonomous Region is located in the southwestern of China, the ecological environment is very fragile due to the topography and climatic conditions. The ecological environment of ecological forest is poor, and the ecosystem degrades easily by hu- man disturbance. Based on the review of the analysis of degradation process and characteristics of ecological forest resources in Guangxi Autonomous Region, there are five restoration measures were raised： expand the existing area of ecological forests ; forest conservation; stand improvement; effect belt and island effect afforestation; and light cultivation. The forest conservation is the easiest and the most effective way. Some countermeasures and suggestion of construction and protection of ecological forests are put forwarded with the de- graded status in Guangxi Autonomous Region.
