大肠癌EGFR、C-erbB-2的表达及意义

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF EGFR AND C-ERBB-2 IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

目的:研究EGFR和C-erbB-2在大肠癌中的表达及二者与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法检测15例正常大肠黏膜、50例大肠癌组织EGFR和C-erbB-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:大肠癌EGFR和C-erbB-2的表达均明显高于正常大肠黏膜(P<0.01)。大肠癌EGFR和C-erbB-2的表达均与分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及Duke’s分期有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。大肠癌EGFR、C-erbB-2的表达呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论:EGFR和C-erbB-2可作为判定大肠癌恶性程度及评估预后的指标,对指导术后化疗或靶向治疗具有一定的意义。

Objective：To study the expression of EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein in human colorectal carcinoma and their stain was used to detect the expression of EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein in 15 cases normal colon mucosa and 50 cases colorectal caminorra.Results：The EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein expression in cololectal carcinoma wexe obviously higher than normal colon mucosa （P 〈 0.01 ）. In colorectal carcinoma, the EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein expression all had relations with differentiation, lymph node metastasis, infillralion depth and Duke＇s stage （P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05）. In colorectal carcinoma, the expression of EGFR had obvious positive correlation with C-erbB-2 expression （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein can be acted as index to judge malignamt degree and prognosis assessment of colorectal carcinonm, and has certain significance for guiding postoperative chemotherapy or targeted therapy.
