摘要
目前利用微生物方法制备姜黄素的研究甚少,文章利用微生物培养法制备姜黄素,以姜黄为原料,通过调控红曲霉代谢条件,即培养液pH、料液比、营养比、培养时间等四因素条件下对姜黄素及姜黄转化产物的影响,最后对红曲霉法制备姜黄素的初设条件进行显著性分析,初步确定微生物法制备姜黄素的工艺条件。
Current utilization of microbial preparation of curcumin research is still blank,using microbial preparation of curcumin,taking Jiang Huang as raw material,through regulation of Monascus metabolic conditions: the medium pH,ratio of material to liquid,nutrition,training time,the four factors under the conditions of Jiang Huang and Jiang Huang’s biotransformation effect.At the end of the preparation of curcumin Monascus initial conditions were significant analysis,preliminary determination of microbiological preparation of curcumin process conditions.
