摘要 大型综合炼油企业中油品种类繁多、性质各异,每日的硫分析任务十分繁重,因而如何选择性能稳定的仪器、快速准确地报出分析结果,满足生产要求成了当务之急。文章对微库仑法和紫外荧光法测定轻油产品中总硫含量进行了对比,结果表明用紫外荧光法测油品中硫含量更高效、更环保、更能适应现代化企业批量分析的要求。 There are all kinds of oil in large integrated refining companies and the oil’s properties are different.The daily task of sulfur analysis is very heavy,therefore,it is very important that how to choose the instruments with stable performance quickly,to report the analysis results accurately,and to meet production requirements.Microcoulometry method and the Ultraviolet fluorescence method for the determination of total sulfur contents in petroleum products were compared.The results demonstrate that measuring the sulfur contents of oil by UV fluorescence method is more efficient,more environmental friendly,and adapt to batch analysis in modern enterprise.
