摘要 木塑复合材料是由热塑性塑料与木质纤维复合制备而成的新型环保材料。文章综述了木塑复合材料的燃烧特性及阻燃机理,总结了铝-镁系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂及纳米阻燃体系等无卤阻燃剂对木塑复合材料阻燃性能的影响,并对木塑复合材料阻燃改性研究进行了展望。 Wood/plastic composite(WPC) is a new environmental-friendly material,which is made up of thermoplastics and wood fiber.The combustion properties and the flame retardant mechanism for WPC were reviewed.The effects of halogen-free retardants(including aluminum-magnesium,phosphorus-containing,intumescent,and nanoparticles flame retardants,etc) on the flame retardancy were summarized.The research prospect of WPC flame retardation modification was put forward.
