2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基烟腈合成的改进 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了标题化合物的合成路线的改进。以氰乙酰胺和三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经过环合、氯代两步反应得到目标产物,并经MS和1HNMR进行了结构表征。本合成路线反应条件温和,操作方便,收率较高,适合工业化生产。反应总收率82%。 An important intermediate of pesticides and medicine drugs, was realized and manufactured from malononitrile via two steps, including cyclizationand chlorination.This program is suitable for industrial production. The total product yield was 82 %. And its structure was verified by MS and 1 HNMR.
