摘要
目的:为改进我院健脾消积口服液传统水煮法提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取工艺,利用单因素分组实验和正交试验方法,以总多糖、总黄酮提取率为优化指标,结合实际情况确定了最佳工艺条件。结果:影响健脾消积口服液中总多糖、总黄酮提取率因素因素依次是料液比>超声时间>超声温度。最佳工艺条件:超声时间40 min,料液比1∶15,超声温度50℃,提取次数2次。结论:通过与现行提取法相比较,超声波法提取时间缩短、料液比减少、温度降低,而总多糖、总黄酮提取率分别提高62%、45%以上。
Objective: The research aimed to optimize the technology of boiling water extraction which used in our hospital. Method: Using the total polysaceharide content and the total falconoid content as quality control indicators, single factor experiments and orthogonal test packet method combined with the actual situation to determine ultrasonic extraction in Jianpi Xiaoji Oral Solution as the optimum technology. Result: The impact of various factors on the total polysaccharide and the total falconoid extraction rate was in the order of Liquid ratio〉 ultrasonic time〉 ultrasonic temperature. The optimum conditions were as follows: ultrasonic processing time of 40 min, liquid ratio of 1:15, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction times of 2. Conclusion: Compared with the current extraction method, the ultrasonic extraction time was shorter, liquid ratio decreased, extraction temperature lower, while extraction rate of the total polysaccbaride and the total falconoid were increased by 62 %, 45 % or more.
