摘要 (1)介绍几种常用热水除氧方法:大气式除氧器、接触式除氧器和化学除氧及其优缺点;(2)介绍除氧水在硫化机中的应用,特别介绍除氧水减少胶囊腐蚀和提高胶囊使用寿命的明显优势;(3)简要分析定型硫化机过热水系统(有一次水系统和没一次水系统),及其各自使用特点和工艺参数。 (1)Several hot water deoxidized methods are introduced. They are atmospheric deaerator, contacting deaerator and chemical deoxidation as well as their advantages and disadvantages. (2)The use of deoxidizing water in vulcanizing machine is introduced, especially its advantages, like reducing corrosion for the capsule and increasing capsule's life. (3)Brief introduction for superheated water system of shaper vulcanizer (including primary water system or non-including primary water system) and use feature as well as processing performance parameter respectively.
