一种酸性压裂液体系的室内研究

摘要 常规的羟丙錾瓜胶压裂液体系一般在碱性条件下交联,对于碱敏性地层不能达到理想的压裂效果。文章通过室内研究,筛选出一种酸性压裂液体系:0.8%~1:0%低分子稠化荆AAP+1:0%KCI+3%助摊剂S-203,pH在5左右以交联比为100:3.0~100:3.5与交联剂交联。该压裂液体系可耐温达到110℃,在170s-1连续剪切1.5h后粘度仍有61.3mPa·s,破胶后破胶液粘度小,易于返摊,该压裂液体系对于碱敏性储层有较好应用前景。 According to alkaline sensible reservoirs, conventional hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid system could not achieve the ideal hydrofracturing effect because it has been used under alkaline conditions, In the paper, an acidic fracturing fluid system had been screened which was constituted by 0.8 % AAP+1.0 % KCI+0.3 % S-203 with the crosslink ratio betweenl00:3.0 to 100:3.5. And the cross-linked environment is pH at about 5. The viscosity of the acidic fracturing fluid system could reach 146.1 rnPa.s when the temperature rose to 110 ℃. The viscosity of gel was still 61.3 mPa-s at 110 ℃ and 170 1/s with shearing time 90 rain. The gel broke completely. And the broken glue could flowback easily. This fracturing fluid system has good application prospects for the alkali-sensitive reservoir,
