京博石化炼厂酸性气回收制硫脲的工艺探讨

摘要 本实验将寐博石化炼油厂的酸性气与氰胺化钙反应制备硫脉,这是解决酸性气简便可行、效益较好的一种方法。本文分别考察了硫化氯吸收时间、投加二次料后升温时间、保温反应温度、保温反应时间等反应条件对硫脲产品含量及收率的影响。并提出了合成硫脲的最优工艺条件为:硫化氯竣优吸收时间为3h,投加二次料后成迅速升温至保温温度,保温温度宜控制在75~80℃,保温时间为3h。 The experiment produced thiourea with acid gas of Jingbo Oil Refining Plants reacted with calcium cyanamide, which would be a simply feasible means and brount better benefits. Effects of the different hydrogen sulfide absorption time, different heating time after the addition of secondary materials, insulation reaction temperature and insulation reaction time on the content and yield of thiourea sample were investigated. The optimum conditions fnr synthesis of thiourea was the optimal absorption of hydrogen sulfide was 3 h Side effects can be avoid effectively by rapid warming. Insulation reaction temperature should be controlled at 75-80 ℃ and the highest yield can be obtained under insulation reaction time of 3 h.
