生产管理是化工企业管理中的基础,也是重中之重。作为新建化工企业,为了使企业管理工作由基础建设向生产逐步转移并走入正轨,如何搞好生产管理和怎么管理就显得尤为重要。本文从生产过程组织、生产调度、质量管理、工艺管理等全方位的对生产管理进行了论述。

Production management is the basis of the chemical enterprise management, and is also a top priority.
