为了满足现代化设备管理需要,广州石化建立ERP系统,采用SAP R/3软件。文章简述SAP R/3中PM模块的功能及应用,重点介绍该模块在仪表设备管理中的维护特点及应用。以维修通知单为载体,进行仪表设备故障分析,查找管理薄弱环节;以维修工单为载体,实现施工、费用、档案管理;应用预防性维修功能,实现检维修标准化。应用表明,该系统的使用,进一步提高了仪表设备管理的信息化水平。

In order to lneet the modem equipment management needs, SINOPEC Guangzhou company had established ERP system, adopting SAP R/3 software. The paper briefly described function and application of SAP R/3 PM module, and focused on the maintenance characteristics and applications of the module in instrument equipment management. We would analysis instrument equipment failure with maintenance notice for management weaknesses, realize construction, cost, file management with work order, and achieve maintenance standardization by preventive maintenance function. Application showed that the use of the system further had improved the instrument equipment management informationization level.
