摘要
针对食品质量与安全专业实验教学过程中存在的环保问题,从树立师生的"绿色"理念、强化实验绿色化、更新和优化组合相关课程的实验场所和实验项目、改进与不断调整实验教学手段、采用绿色化评价方式及规范实验教学管理制度等方面进行节能降耗的探索与实践,以及采取强有力的实验室"三废"处理措施等进行了改革,以构建具有本专业"特色"的绿色实验教学模式,从而达到实现绿色实验教学的目标。
Based on the environmental issues in traditional experimental teaching process of Food safety & quality major, the ways aimed at energy conservation and reduction were explored and practiced by building in the green thoughts, strengthening the green process, updating the experimental places and projects, improving and adjusting the teaching methods, adopting the green evaluation manners, regulating the management system, and powerfully reforming the treating methods of "Three Wastes" produced in experiments. With these combining measurements, the renewal green experimental teaching model with major characteristic of Food Safety & Quality was constructed and the green teaching objective was reached consequently.
