分离碳酸二甲酯和甲醇的热泵精馏工艺 被引量:1

摘要 基于常规加压精馏分离碳酸二甲酯和甲醇工艺存在高能耗问题,结合热泵对原工艺进行改造。应用Aspen Plus模拟了三种常见的热泵改造工艺,并从节能和经济的角度进行了评价。结果显示三种热泵工艺皆比常规工艺有优势,其中塔顶气相压缩式最佳,釜液节流式次之,闭式最差。塔顶气相压缩式节能达77.79%,年平均费用为原工艺的27.78%。 Based on high energy consumption of the original pressurized distillation to separate dinaethly carbonate and methanol, the new process was to combine heat pump to the original process modification. Three common heat pump types were simulated through Aspen Plus, and their energy saving and economic were evaluated. The result showed that three heat pump types were all better than the original one. The overhead compression type heat pump was the best, the kettle throttle type followed, and the last was the closed type. The best energy saving was 77.79 % off, and its total annualized cost was 27.78 % of the original one.
