我国当前老龄化形势日益严峻,如何解决我国众多老年人的养老问题,实现"老有所养"的目标成了摆在我们面前的一个现实问题。本文通过对国内现存的三种养老模式的研究,剖析了我国老年居住建筑的现状及存在问题;通过对整体规划、建筑设计及户外空间设计的研究,探索了适合老年人居住的老年人居住社区。
