摘要
针对某火炮自动供弹机在实际使用过程中遇到的机构定位不准确、可靠度不高等问题,在动力学仿真软件AD-AMS中建立了某火炮自动供弹机的动力学模型,同时在simulink中建立了电机的控制模型。以自动供弹机的实际运行情况为参考,为仿真模型设置不同的参数,通过在ADAMS与simulink中进行联合仿真,获得了各参数对自动供弹机定位精度的影响。对比仿真得出的结果,找出了影响自动供弹机定位精度的主要因素,可为以后建立自动供弹机故障诊断系统提供借鉴。
This paper builds a gun’s automatic ramming organ model in Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System(ADAMS) and the motor model in simulink for solving the problems of the gun’s automatic ramming organ,the accuracy of which is low in the course of use.Different parameters were set in the models considering of the actual condition.By means of co-simulation in ADAMS and simulink,this study achieved the influence results of every parameter to the automatic ramming organ.The main factors are found by comparing the results from the simulation.
