将协同理论引入图书馆联盟战略管理中,从协同学角度分析图书馆联盟战略协同机制的内涵,研究联盟战略内部协同与外部协同的一致性,以及如何构建图书馆联盟战略协同机制,最后提出了图书馆联盟战略协同机制运行中的对策与措施。

This paper introduced synergetics into the strategic management by library alliance, and analysed its con- notation, and researched the consistency of the alliance strategic cooperation internal and external, and how to build its synergy mechanism, at last put forward countermeasures and measure to work.
