摘要
以圆冠榆和大叶白蜡为试材,研究反季节移栽不同处理(遮荫加液、遮荫不加液、不遮荫加液、不遮荫不加液)条件下的细胞膜透性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及根系活力的变化,以了解各树种反季节移栽的生理修复过程。结果表明:随着移栽时间的增长,2个树种的细胞膜透性,MDA含量及SOD、CAT、POD活性在不同处理下呈现不同的变化趋势,根系活力均呈明显的上升趋势;移栽12 d前后为植株生长最严重的受抑制时期,移栽30 d后逐渐恢复到移植时的生理状态。圆冠榆和大叶白蜡在反季节移栽中具有良好的恢复适应性,遮荫处理对干旱半干旱区反季节移栽具有重要意义。
Ulmus densa and Fraxinus rhynchophylla were used to study the change of cell membrane permeabil- ity, MDA content, several related enzymes ( CAT, SOD, POD) activity and root vitality of Ulmus densa and Fraxi- nus rhynchophylla seedlings after being off-season transplanted under different treatments (shading with liquid soa- king, shading without liquid soaking, liquid soaking with shading, and the control without shading nor liquid soa- king) was studied to understand the physiological restoration process. The results showed that the vitality of seed- ling root system increased significantly, while the cell membrane permeability, MDA content and CAT, SOD, POD enzyme activity of the two tree species changed in different ways along with the time duration increment after trans- planting. The seedling growth was most severely inhibited around 12 days after being logical status w mus densa and logical indexes. as gradually recovered to be normal 30 days after transplanting. The Fraxinus rhynchophylla were well adaptive to off-season transplanting transplanted, and the physio- results indicated that both Ulwith good recovery in physiological indexes.
