ICP-AES法测定糖尿病患者血清、尿及营养剂的微量元素

DETERMINATION OF TRACE METALS IN SERUM AND URINE OF DIABETICS AND IN CROPS BY ICP-AES

利用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱(ICP—AES)法分别对正常人、糖尿病患者的血清、尿及11种农作物中的微量元素进行了测定,对测定结果进行了 t 检验,发现糖尿病思者血清中 Zn,Cr,Mg,Mo 明显下降;尿中排 Zn 明显增多,与正常人比较有显著差异.11种农作物中微量元素测定的结果表明,豆类含 Zn,Cr.Mg,Mo 的量较高,因此糖尿病患者应适当多吃一些豆类食品.此外还建立了尿的简便测定方法.

Trace metal contents in the serum and urine of both normal persons and diabetics as well as in 11 crops are determined by ICP-AES method,and t-test is conducted on the determination results.It is found that Zn,Cr,Mg and Mo in the serum of diabetics are remarkably lower and Zn in urine of diabetics are significantly higher in comparison with those of normal persons.The determination of trace metals in 11 crops showed that beans are relatively rich in Zn,Cr,Mg and Mo,suggesting that a diet with additional amounts of some beans may be helpful to maintain the metal levels of diabetics.A simple and convenient method for urine determination is established.
