摘要
针对取力器(PTO)普遍存在的噪声高、换挡不畅等技术问题,设计了一种新型双轴式农用车取力器。确定了取力器动力参数并进行实体建模,建立了动态啮合的多工况扭转振动的动态激励及参数化仿真模型,根据工况施加外载,得出齿轮啮合曲线。通过取力器换挡力试验,得出取力器上挡力和脱挡力均位于510~590 N,满足行业标准。对取力器台架噪声试验中出现的振动及噪声问题进行了分析和改进,改进后的取力器箱体特征频率处振动加速度及噪声值显著降低。
A new kind of biaxial power takeoff was designed for widespread technological issues such as high noise and difficult shift. Dynamic parameters of PTO were worked out, and solid modeling was built on that basis. The dynamic prompting for the torsion and vibration of dynamic gear engagement in multi-work condition is established and the parameterized simulation module is completed. The curve of gears meshing is simulated by imposing external force in the simulation model. The shifting forces were between 510 and 590 N by bench test which meets the requirement of the industrial standard. The problems of vibration and noise noise in the characteristic frequency were in the bench test were analyzed. Vibration acceleration and reduced significantly after improvement.
