摘要
将阶梯孔结构引入燃烧室多斜孔壁冷却结构中,形成阶梯多斜孔壁冷却结构,在多斜孔壁内部形成冲击冷却。研究表明:引入阶梯孔结构后,在阶梯孔台阶面处产生冲击冷却,斜孔内壁对流换热量增大,壁温明显降低;台阶的存在产生明显节流效果,流量系数减小,冷却流量降低。
Numerical simulation is adopted for the simplified laminated plate with effusion hole. The results have shown that the temperature of hot side was cooler than the plate with film hole, the heat flux in the hole was strengthened, and the flow rate in the hole was reduced for the step surface.
