我国民营企业衰退的经济伦理研究

The Research on the Private Company's Declining Phenomenon under the Economic Ethics in China

针对我国民营企业在改革开放初期经历急剧发展后迅速步入衰退期的现实,以义利关系、诚信文化、政府经济伦理为研究方法,以求找到治理民营企业衰退的伦理之策。通过研究可知,加强民营企业及政府的经济伦理与相应制度建设,是有效阻止民营企业衰退的内生与外生力量。

Chinese private company came into declining after the development in the early time of reform and opening up.Taking the duty and benefit＇s relationship,credit culture and the government＇s economic ethics as the research method,the purpose of the paper is to find the way of administration.From the research,we know that the key of the inside and outside power which can really prevent the private company＇s declining phenomenon is to strengthen the private company and government＇s economic ethics and its regulation construction.
