摘要
为了提高甲醇汽油发动机油的抗磨性,使用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)作为试验方法,运用正交试验设计方法理论,选用多种添加剂对发动机润滑油抗磨性进行了试验研究,调配了适应甲醇燃料发动机使用的新型复合发动机润滑油,以减少对发动机的腐蚀与磨损。研究结果表明:3种添加剂的最佳添加量MoDDP为0.4%~0.6%、T205为0.8%~1.2%、T203为1.5%~2.0%;3种添加剂的最优配方为MoDDP∶T205∶T203=2∶4∶5。
In order to improve the anti-wear property of lubricant oil used in methanol gasoline engine, four-ball tester was used to study the impact of additive on anti-wear property of lubricant oil through orthogonal tests in this paper. A new type of compound lubricant oil which fit methanol fuel engines was used to reduce the corrosion and abrasion in engines. The results show that the optimal volume of MoDDP, T205, T203 is from 0, 4% to 0.6%, from 0.8% to 1.2%, and from 1.5 G to 2.0% respectively, and when the additives' composition ratio is MoDDP:T205 : T203-2 : 4 : 5, the tested oil has the best anti-wear performance. 10 tabs, 2 figs, 8 refs.
