磨机动压油膜轴承可视化设计及优化

摘要 针对国内外激烈的竞争环境以及磨机油膜轴承使用性能要求的日益提高,油膜轴承的设计过程需要优化、润滑过程需要精细。结合计算机可视化技术,对动压油膜轴承的设计过程进行可视化,并对设计进行优化。结合现代优化设计理论,优化油膜轴承的设计参数,为油膜轴承的设计、制造提供指导性建议,有利于缩短油膜轴承产品开发周期,提高设计精度,降低运行成本。 It's requested that the design process of oil film bearing needs to be optimized and the lubrication process needs to become fine as for the more and more competitive press at home and abroad, as well as the better performance of mill oil film bearing. With computer visualization techniques, design process is under the visualization and is optimized for the hydrodynamic oil film bearing. The research turns out that the method of guidance to design bearing optimizing parameters may give the and manufacture for the oil film in order to improve design accuracy and to reduce costs with the modern design theory.
