摘要
针对高速受电弓滑板连接座裂纹故障多发问题,利用有限元法对原结构进行了应力计算,通过对比故障实际发生位置和有限元计算结果,验证了计算方法的有效性。然后提出三种优化方案,根据有限元分析结果,提出了解决滑板连接座问题的优选方案。
Aiming at the multiple problems of pantograph carbon strip connector crack failure,the stress calculation of the original structure is made with finite element method.By comparing the position actually occurred and the finite element results,the validity of the calculation method is verified.Then three optimization projects are presented.According to the results of the finite element analysis,the preferred solution to solve carbon strip connector problems is given.
