摘要
朔黄铁路开行万吨重载列车以来,机车功率因数的问题尤其突出。文章通过在朔黄铁路现场进行的实时同步试验,对机车在朔黄铁路各区段的运行特点进行了分析。首先,将各区段归纳成了3组,结合地形分别解析了各组中的机车轻、重载时的功率因数问题,发现了朔黄线机车功率因数较低的现况。其次,由于某些区段独特的地形因素,机车在实际运行中出现了与常识相悖的运行工况,即机车重载运行时的功率因数低于其轻载运行时的功率因数。文章针对这一反常情况也一并进行了分析。最后,提出了相应的改进措施。
Since ten thousand tons train started up on Shuohuang Railway,some problems about the power factor of electric locomotive has been especially prominent.Based on the real time synchronous testing data of Shuohuang Railway,the paper analyzes the operating characteristics of locomotive on each section of the railway.At first,all sections are divided into three groups,and some problems about power factor of locomotive which is in light or heavy haul is analyzed separately from consideration of terrain.And it is found that the power factor of locomotive moving on Shuohuang Railway is too low.Secondly,the working condition has arisen,which is inconsistent with common sense,due to the unique characteristics of the terrain of some sections.Namely the power factor of the heavy haul locomotive is lower than which of the light burden locomotive.In this paper,this anomaly is also analyzed.Finally,the appropriate solution is presented.
