高职软件技术专业顶岗实习研究与实践

Cooperative Education Research and Practice of Software Technology Profession in Higher Vocational Education

顶岗实习是职业教育人才培养模式的重要组成部分,是职业院校人才培养的一个重要阶段。我国目前高职软件技术专业学生顶岗实习时间延长了,但质量不高。借鉴加拿大高职教育顶岗实习模式的特点,结合目前软件行业的特点,软件技术专业高职顶岗实习可以在时间安排上做出调整,实行订单式顶岗实习模式。

Cooperative education is an important part of vocational education training mode, and an important stage in vocational college personnel training. The time is extended, but the quality of cooperative education for software technology professional students is not high. Drawing on the experience of higher vocational education cooperative education mode in Canada and combining with the characteristic of current software industry,the cooperative education for software technology profession can adjust the time arrangement and implement orders mode.
