中学体育教学中运动损伤原因分析

Middle school sports teaching sports injury in reason analysis

本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法对上海市徐汇区的6所中学进行了体育教学中运动损伤原因分析,结果表明造成体育课损伤的种类主要集中在闭合性损伤和开放性损伤两大类,损伤的主要原因是思想不重视、准备活动不充分、动作变形、违规、场地不足等。

This paper through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and interview method to Shanghai xuhui district six middle school sports teaching in the sports injury reason analysis,the resuits show that the type of damage caused by physical education mainly concentrated in closed damage and open injury two kinds big,damage is the main reason of the thought not value,and preparing for the activity does not fully ,action deformation, violations, shortages of facilities, etc.
