摘要
研究了激光水下衰减系数的比较测量法,通过在激光传输路径上进行多点测量激光能量或功率,经过数据拟合获得准确的激光水中衰减系数,此方法可以消除一般测量方法容器侧壁的反射及吸收的影响,并可在较长距离测量激光传输路径上不同位置的衰减系数。在实验室中测量了脉冲绿光、连续绿光、连续蓝光在自来水中衰减系数并进行了比较,结果表明蓝光在水中的衰减系数大于绿光。对水下光通信及水下目标探测具有一定参考价值。
This paper investigates the comparative measurement of laser light attenuation coefficient in water, we process the values of laser light energy or power measured in multiple positions on the route of laser light propagation by data fitting to obtain the attenuation coefficient of laser light in water precisely. By this method, we can avoid the disturbance resulted from reflections and absorptions of laser light introduced by the sidewalls of the water container which is a common problem in other measuring methods. Moreover, we can measure attenuation coefficients in different positions through the route of laser light propagation in a relatively long distance. We measure the attenuation coefficients of pulsed green laser, CW green and blue laser in the laboratory and then make comparisons between them. The results show that blue laser light has larger attenuation coefficient that green laser light, which is valuable for underwater photo-communication and underwater object detection.
