摘要
从某省级电网水电资源丰富、水电装机比重较大的实际情况出发,依据节能发电调度原则,开展了基于节能发电调度的减少电网水电旋转备用的研究,对该省电网实现节能发电调度中的水电旋转备用问题进行了研究。开发相关辅助决策软件,通过优化系统快速旋转备用容量,实现了节能、环保的目的。
According to actual situation of certain province grid corporation in which hydropower is plentiful and takes up a large' proportion, we launched a research on energy-saving generation dispatch and deducing hydroelectric spinning reserve based on principles of energy-saving generation dispatch. Related problems were studied and assist decision-making software was developed. By optimizing system spinning reserve capacity, purpose of energy saving and environment protection was achieved.
