摘要
很多电厂在陆续开展凝结水泵变频改造工作,在取得一定的节能效果的同时,也遇到了不少问题,较为典型的是改造前无法提前预测改造效果,改造后缺少统一的试验手段,改造后发现因凝结水泵转速变化而增加的设备缺陷,凝结水泵变频运行节能效果差以及缺少统一的改造后节能效果评价方法。对这些问题逐一进行了讨论,并提出相应对策,以供参考。
At present, many power plants are retrofitting the condensate pump by frequency conversion technology; the energy conserving result is quite nice, and some problems arise at the same time. Those problems mainly lie in having no way to preestimate the reformation effect, no normalized shakedown test way after retrofitting, some new defects finding which have relation with the speed variation of the condensate pump, the bad energy conserving result, and no normalized evaluation methodology for this technological transformation project. The before-mentioned problems are discussed one by one in this paper, and some handlings are put forward.
