摘要
运用Moldflow软件对某学习机电池盒外壳注塑件塑料熔体的充填、流动和冷却过程进行了模拟,并进行了翘曲变形分析。结果表明,浇口的位置和形式、成型条件、冷却方式、成型收缩等对塑件的翘曲变形都有不同程度的影响。通过MPI模流分析,对制品可能发生的变形进行了预测,确定了最佳浇口位置,优化了成型条件和冷却方式,提出了改善翘曲变形的有效方法。
This paper simulated the melt filling, flow and cooling process ot the battery box casing rejection part m a learning machine by using Moldflow software, and carried on the warping deformation analysis. The results show that the gate location and form, molding conditions, cooling mode and molding shrinkage have different impacts on the warping deformation of the plastic part, Through the MPI mold flow analysis, we forecast the position where the deformation occurred, determined the best gate location, optimized the forming conditions and cooling mode, and put forward some effective methods to improve the warping deformation.
