摘要
建立了齿轮啮合的虚拟样机模型,提出了两种基于ADAMS的齿轮啮合动力学特性研究方法,利用这两种方法对建立的模型进行刚体动力学分析,得出仿真结果并与解析计算结果进行对比分析,以论证两种方法与实际工况是否相符。通过建立斜齿轮动力学模型验证这两种方法的正确性,并判断两种方法的利弊。
The virtual prototype of gear meshing transmission was established, two different methods studying the gear meshing dynamic properties by ADAMS were put forward. By use of these methods, the dynamic characteristics of the gear meshing model were analyzed, and the simulation results were compared with the calculate result, to cheek whether the two methods conform to physical truth. The results show these methods are correct.
