摘要
利用SolidWorks 2011建立了公称直径为Φ525mm的转鼓三维立体模型,将模型导入ANSYS Work-bench13.0软件中,对旋转转鼓结构进行线性屈曲分析,找出转鼓受力薄弱环节及最大变形量,从而进一步研究特定情况下的转鼓部件工作状况,为立式离心机的故障诊断与分析提供理论依据与技术指导。
The three-dimensional model of a vertical centrifuge drum with nominal diameter Ф525mm was set up by SolidWorks 2011, and was imported into ANSYS Workbench13.0 software. The linear buckling analysis of the model was carried out to find the weak links and the maximum deformation of the rotating drum structure. This study may provide a theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis of vertical centrifuges.
