摘要
针对某混联机构模拟运动平台的控制要求设计了一套软件系统。该软件利用电子凸轮控制模式实现对机构高速的、大振幅的往复运动控制,同时利用多媒体定时器实现以1ms为周期的数据采集。采用面向对象的设计思想,根据控制系统要实现的功能,对系统控制软件进行了模块划分,并给出了控制软件几个关键技术的实现方法。
According to the control requirement of some simulator based on hybrid institution, a software was designed. An electronic cam was used to control the platform to reciprocally move at high-speed with large amplitude. Meanwhile, the multimedia timer was used for large number of data collection with cycle of 1 ms. The object-oriented software was divided into different modules. And finally, the realization processes of several key modules of the software were given.
