摘要
某公司3.3m热轧机工作辊平衡缸油管接头经常出现松动漏油问题,并且工作辊锁紧门螺杆也经常异常松动,甚至有螺杆被拉断现象。经过现场故障排查,初步认为这些故障可能与轧机万向连杆虎口变形有关。针对这一问题,基于SolidWorks建立了轧机连杆机构的虚拟样机模型,然后导入ADAMS中,对轧机连杆机构变形后工作辊轴向、横向的受力情况等进行了动态特性分析研究。
The oil leakage problem often appears in a 3.3 m hot roiling mill work roll balance cylinder, and the work roll locking gate screw is often abnormally loosed, and even ruptured, which is probably related to the deformation of universal connecting-rod. In this paper, we built the virtual prototype model of mill linkage mechanism by SolidWorks, and then introduced it into ADAMS to carry out the dynamic characteristics analysis, to look for the reason for the deformation of the mill linkage.
