摘要
利用SolidWorks及其提供的API函数,以Visual Basic 6.0为开发环境实现自动装配过程中面的遍历技术、选择命名技术以及添加配合技术,这些技术可完成机械产品CAD的自动装配。以带式输送机驱动滚筒为例具体说明自动装配过程的程序实现。
Applying the API functions in SolidWorks, taking Visual Basic 6.0 as the development environment, this paper developed an automatic assembly technique for mechanical products, including the traversal technology of surface in an automated assembly process, the selection technology of the naming surface and the mating technology. Taking a belt conveyor drive roller as an example, the procedure for realizing the automated assembly process was described.
