摘要
主要阐述了多滚筒带式输送机的设计原理,分析并介绍了各滚筒参数的合理计算方法,主要包括各个滚筒的牵引系数、阻力分配系数、分配驱动功率。在静力学的基础上,结合动力学内容,以优化参数、增加稳定与平衡性作为多滚筒带式输送机的设计目的。
This article mainly elaborated the design principle of multi-drum belt conveyors, and introduced the reasonable methods of calculating the drum parameters, including various roller traction coefficient, resistance coefficient, drive power distribution, etc. By integrating static analysis with dynamic content, the drum parameters were optimized, to increase the working stability of belt conveyors.
