摘要
根据非晶薄带制造工艺要求,结合高速旋转机械的特点,对高速卷带设备的结构进行了设计。利用有限元分析软件对高速卷取辊筒装置进行了模态分析,取得了装置前6阶固有频率,为辊筒的高速旋转提供了理论依据;对运行中的卷取装置进行了模态试验,通过分析实测振动数据进一步验证了卷带设备结构设计的可行性和实用性。
According to the manufacturing process requirements of amorphous ribbons and the characteristics of the high-speed rotating machinery, the structure of a coiling machine was designed in this paper. Depending on the finite element modal analysis of the high-speed take-up roller device, the first six order natural frequencies of the roller device were obtained, which provided the theoretical basis for the high-speed rotation of roller device. At last, modal test was done for running rotating machinery. The test results demonstrate the feasibility and practicality of the coiling machine structure design.
