摘要
采用ANSYS有限元法计算了SiC/Ti55复合材料中的残余应力,分析了不同纤维体积分数下纤维中径向、轴向和环向残余应力的大小和分布。结果表明,径向和轴向残余压应力均随纤维体积分数的增大而减小;环向残余应力在纤维内部为压应力,表面附近为拉应力,且纤维体积分数越高,表面环向拉应力越大。
The magnitude and distribution of radial, axial and hoop residual stresses in SiC/Ti55 composites are calculated and discussed by using ANSYS finite element method. It is shown that radial and axial residual compressive stresses decrease with the increase of fiber volume fraetion; hoop residual stresses are compressive and tensile within and on fiber respectively. Moreover, the more the fiber volume fractions are, the higher the hoop tensile stresses on the fiber surface are.
