摘要
以DBT3×1000型刮板输送机运行的故障统计为研究对象,采用威布尔分布模型验证其寿命模型;分析该机型的故障规律,利用优选后的分布模型计算其可靠性寿命指标。结果表明,该机型服从威布尔寿命分布模型,且计算的可靠性寿命指标与DBT公司给出的寿命值相符,说明该理论和方法对刮板输送机的可靠寿命评估具有普遍意义。
Taking a DBT3 × 1000 scraper conveyor as research object, we used the Weibull distribution model to verify the life model of the scraper conveyor. The failure law of this type of scraper conveyors was analyzed, and the reliability life indexes based on optimized model were calculated. The results show that the calculated reliability life indexes are in accord with the data given by DBT company, which illustrates the method of assessing the reliable life of the scraper conveyor is of universal significance.
