摘要
对DR铁在焊接制罐中出现的卡罐、焊缝裂口等问题进行了分析,归纳总结了DR铁在高频焊接中的工艺技术要求以及翻边机的选择,使焊缝裂口难点问题得到了解决,提高了产品合格率,原材料成本大约降低了10%,使DR铁的生产应用得到了进一步的推广。
The paper analyzed the problems existing in the manufacturing process of DR steel cans, which were the stuck can and the weld gap. And then it summarized the technology requirements for DR tinplate in high frequency welding and the selection of flanging machine, to solve the problems of weld gap. The new technique increases the qualified rate of products, cuts down the costs of raw material approximately 10%, makes the production and the application of DR tinplate further promoted.
