某地区健康成人血清总蛋白及清蛋白测定结果的分析

Analysis on the test result of serum total protein and albumin level of health adults in an area

目的了解响水地区健康成人血清总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)及A/G比值的水平情况。方法对响水地区1 115名健康体检者的血清TP、ALB进行检测,计算A/G比值,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果适合响水地区的参考范围:总体TP:63.38～81.84g/L,ALB:39.73～49.53g/L,A/G:1.20～2.04。男性参考范围TP:63.62～81.70g/L,ALB:39.78～49.64g/L,A/G:1.19～2.07。女性参考范围TP:62.99～82.09g/L,ALB:39.64～49.36g/L,A/G:1.19～2.03。结论本地区健康成人的血清蛋白质水平与原有的参考范围已发生了变化,笔者认为有必要建立和使用适合本地区的TP、ALB、A/G参考范围。

Objective To understand the level of serum total protein（TP）,albumin（ALB） and A/G ratio of healthy adults in Xiangshui area.Methods The serum TP and ALB levels of 1 115 healthy adults in Xiangshui area were detected.The A/G ratio was calculated and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The reference range suitable for Xiangshui area was as followed,general TP：63.38-81.84 g/L,ALB：39.73-49.53 g/L,A/G ratio：1.20-2.04.Male reference range of TP：63.62-81.70 g/L,ALB：39.78-49.64 g/L,A/G ratio：1.19-2.07.Female reference range of TP：62.99-82.09 g/L,ALB：39.64-49.36 g/L,A/G ratio：1.19-2.03.Conclusion The serum protein level of local healthy adults has changed compared with the original reference range,and it is necessary to establish and use the new reference range of the TP,ALB,A/G ratio in the local region.
