不同年龄段的女性感染人乳头瘤病毒情况分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解在不同年龄段人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率,为本区域女性宫颈癌防治提供依据。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)对1 212例不同年龄组患者进行低危型HPV和高危型HPV检测。结果在被检测的1 212例患者中,有284例感染HPV,低危型101例,高危型183例,总阳性率23.43%。女性感染者以21~40岁年龄组为主,而感染率在21~30岁年龄组达高峰,31~40岁年龄组以后开始减少,>50岁年龄组感染率最低。30岁以前以感染低危型HPV为主,30岁以上感染以高危型HPV为主,高危型HPV感染阳性率在30岁以上女性感染率较高。结论 30岁以上女性为高危型HPV感染高发人群,加强该人群高危型HPV检测以便早期干预,早期治疗,降低该人群宫颈癌的发生率和致死率至关重要。
