摘要 协同创新团队成员往往来自多个不同学科,大家存在着知识结构、心智模式、经历经验、目的态度等多重差异,并且协同创新项目成员往往是为了某个项目而重新组织起来的,缺乏长期沟通的共识,因此这些差异使团队成员在项目沟通过程中需要投入额外的时间来促进成员间的互相理解、互相配合。系统思考的四层次方法可以帮助项目团队成员更好地通过事件、趋势、结构与深层的心智模式的层层深入分析,建立起团队成员间更好的理解与共识。系统动力学的因果回路图、流量存量图及其定性分析与定量分析,都有力地促进了协同创新团队成员对所研究问题的系统分析,也有助于视觉化地展示团队思维成果。 The efficient and effective software Vensim and system dynamics loop analysis,which had been created by System Dynamics,would improve the communication quality visually and from many different aspects within the collaborative innovation team.Subsequently these ways can enhance the team to obtain the innovative achievement.The team members who gather in one project come from different subjects and have different backgrounds,such as knowledge structure,mental model,experience,aim and attitude,etc.They know each other less before since they are organized together for a new project.Thus,they have to spend more time on communication during the search progress.The four-levels analysis of system dynamics can help team members to understand each other and get to the common view through the four steps including event,trend,structure and deep mental model.Except the tools of Project Management,many ways of systematic dynamics would improve the systematic thinking and the presentation of their thinking results for collaborative team by using cause and effect loop,rate of flow and storage loop,qualitative and quantitative analysis,which are created by system dynamics.
