摘要
树立正确的质量观是地方工科院校实现科学定位的前提。以应用型人才培养定位为地方工科院校办学的逻辑起点,从培养目标的大众性、学科建设的区域性、教学活动的实践性和培养模式的开放性四个方面深入探讨地方工科院校人才培养的特性。
To set up the right concept of quality is the premise to the scientific self-evaluation for local provincial engineering colleges and universities.This paper takes self-evaluation of cultivating the practical talents as the logical starting point in school management,and further discusses the characteristics of talent cultivation of provincial engineering colleges and universities from the following four aspects: popularity of the cultivation objectives,locality of discipline construction,practicality of teaching activity,and openness of the training modules.
