毒鼠强对大鼠脑细胞色素C表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨毒鼠强慢性中毒的大鼠脑部细胞色素C的表达情况。方法:建立SD大鼠毒鼠强慢性中毒模型,检测中毒后不同时间大鼠脑部细胞色素C的表达。结果:对照组大鼠脑部组织细胞色素C仅有微量表达,实验组大鼠中毒后30 min脑部组织细胞色素C的表达开始增强,1~3 d达高峰,4~5 d后开始下降,10 d后基本恢复到正常水平。结论:大鼠脑部组织细胞色素C随时间的变化可为推断毒鼠强慢性中毒的不同时期提供法医学证据。 Objective: To explore the evidence for the judgement on legal cases of intoxation by tetramine. Method :60 rats were given tetramine by lavage and were sacrificed at different time after intoxation. The expression of Cyt C was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the reasults were assessed by an image analysis system. Results:There was a slight expression of Cyt C in control group. In intoxation group the expression of Cyt C increased when the rats were given tetramine after 30 minutes;it reached the peak at 24 hours after intoxation and kept up the level for 3 days, then it began to decrease and returned to the control level in 1 0 days. Conclusion:The regular change of Cyt C expression might be a useful sign for assessment in legal cases of tetramine intoxation.
