输尿管镜气压弹道碎石与钬激光碎石治疗输尿管下段结石的比较

Control Study of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy and Ureteroscopy Pneumatic Ballistic Lithotripsy for Lower Ureteral Calculi

目的:通过对输尿管镜气压弹道及钬激光术治疗输尿管下段结石的对照研究,比较2种方法的优缺点。方法:将60例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为2组,分别进行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术及钬激光碎石术,对2种术式的手术效果,手术时间,术中、术后并发症等指标进行比较。结果:2种术式手术效果比较无显著性差异,术后并发症亦无显著性差异,但在手术时间及术中并发症上有显著性差异。结论:2种术式各有优缺点,临床医师可根据情况选择。

Objective ： To compare two methods of the ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic and holmium laser lithotripsy for Lower ureteral calculi. Methods：60 patients with lower ureteral calculi were randomly divided into Two groups of ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy. The index of the two methods such as operation effect, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared with the statistical analysis. Results：The two kinds of operation effects were no significant statistical significance, and surgery time and intraoperative complications differences had statistical significance, the postoperative complications had no significant statistical significance. Conclusion：The two operations have respectively advantages and disadvantages, so the surgeons depend on it to choice operation methods.
