摘要
目的:探讨应用闭合复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤的临床疗效。方法:应用闭合复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤22例。结果:所有患者获平均8月随访,根据美国足踝协会(AOFAS)评分平均86分。结论:闭合复位克氏针内固定能有效治疗跖附关节损伤。
Objective ：To study the clinical results of percutaneous skunt scher pin fixation and closed replacement in treatment of tarsometatarsal joint injuries . Methods：22 cases of tarsometatarsal joint injuries were treated with closed replacement and percutaneous skunt scher pin fixation. Result： The patients were followed up for 8 moths, revealed a mean score of 88 according to American Orthopaedic Foot ＆ Ankle Society （AOFAS） midmidfoot scoring system. Conclusions： Tarsometatarsal joint injuries can be treated well with closed replacement and percutaneous kunt scher pin fiXation.
